Boro Café is a European-style café in The Concord community of North Wilmington. Nearly everything, from our breads and pastries to our gelato and sorbet, is made in-house every day.

Good food, made with care
Boro Café is in The Concord community in North Wilmington. Owner, Colin Dyckman is obsessed with good food, passionate about the chemistry within what we consume and the preparation and the craft of production. Colin’s DNA is dominated by those of his father’s, the household Chef de cuisine, who instilled a love of making and enjoying fine food to his family.
OUR MISSION
The belief we hold at Boro Café is simple. Whether at a table at home, or in the Cafe’, The Coming together through connection of food is a fundamental part of our Well-Being. Sharing this with the community – enjoying coffee, pastry, gelato – enticing engagement over food that inspires the senses is at the heart of connecting family, friends, and neighbors.
