Is there parking?

Yes. Free parking directly out front and around the building at The Concord.

Is Boro Café wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The entrance is step-free, with accessible parking out front and seating indoors and on the patio.

Ordering and delivery

Can I order online?

Yes. Order pickup directly at borogelato.com/order with no third-party fees, or tap "Order online" on our Google listing. The ordering page shows an estimated ready time when you check out.

Do you deliver?

Yes, through our website, DoorDash and Uber Eats. Ordering directly from borogelato.com is the least expensive option for you and for us, and you earn Boro Rewards on every order, with 2x points on online takeout and delivery orders placed through borogelato.com.

Can I get gelato delivered?

Not through delivery, because it melts in transit. Gelato and sorbet are served in the café in small, medium, large and pint cups, and as an affogato. For larger quantities for events, gatherings or parties, send us a note through the contact form and we will set it up for pickup and send a quote.

Do you take reservations?

No reservations. Seating is first come, first served, indoors and on the patio.

Menu and dietary needs

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes. We have a rotating assortment of gluten-free pastries, so check the menu page for what is available right now. Sorbet is gluten-free, and most gelato is too (Biscoff contains gluten). Everything is made in one shared kitchen, so we cannot promise zero cross-contact for celiac guests, though we use separate boards and tools for gluten-free items to limit it.

Do you have dairy-free options?

Every sorbet is dairy-free unless it has "Cream" or "Crema" in the name, which means it contains dairy. Gelato always contains milk and cream. Oat and almond milk are available for any drink at no extra charge, and most food can be made dairy-free on request, such as leaving off the cheese.

What is the difference between gelato and ice cream?

Gelato is made with more milk and less cream, churned slowly so less air gets in, and served a little warmer, which is why it tastes denser and more intense. Ours is churned in our kitchen in small batches throughout the day. See the Gelato page for today's flavors and the full story.

Do you serve crepes?

Yes. Four crepes to choose from, made to order during kitchen hours. See the breakfast menu.

Do you have matcha?

Yes. Ceremonial-grade matcha, whisked to order, hot or iced. Add espresso to make it a Dirty Matcha.

What is a Charlie?

The Charlie is our signature pastry: laminated croissant dough caramelized low and slow until the outside forms a crackly golden shell and the inside stays soft and buttery. Baked every morning.

Whose coffee do you serve?

Rival Bros, roasted in Philadelphia. Espresso drinks use the Whistle & Cuss blend; drip is Revolver, Heavyweight or Palooka (decaf). Teas are Mighty Leaf.

Catering and pastry boxes

Do you cater?

Yes. The Catering page is where you can order pastry boxes and other items for office breakfasts, meetings or events, baked the morning you pick up. Order at least 3 days ahead, with pickup between 8 AM and 7 PM. For larger events or specific catering requests that are not on the catering ordering site yet, send us a note through the contact form.

Do you sell bread?

Yes. Milk bread and sourdough loaves, baked in-house. Order online for pickup.

Can I order gelato or sorbet for a party?

Yes. We make larger quantities for events, gatherings and parties, for pickup. Send us a note through the contact form with the date, how many people and the flavors you have in mind, and we will follow up with a quote.
